​Srinivas comes with 24 years of Industry Experience, bringing along with him a gamut of knowledge in running organizations of various Industry Verticals. He is particularly experienced in setting up start-up companies and bringing them to a profitable stage. He is effective and accountable in high-profile executive roles, specializes in Corporate Strategy Development, and has consistently delivered mission-critical results. Srinivas has strong orientations in operations and finance, respects and leverages human capital to its best outcome.

Palash is well known and respected across the globe for his high aspirations for value creation. He has spent years in leadership roles with organizations like IBM & Oracle, and brings with him a distinct direction to create new services for the neglected African markets. He brings with him a gamut of knowledge on best practices for process standardization and transparency in dealing with customers. Palash has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and has specialized in Finance from IIM, Calcutta, India.
